Transfer to Machame Gate, register, then trek rainforest to Machame Camp (~3,000 m).
Leave the forest into heather and moorland; hike to Shira Camp with wide mountain views.
Acclimatization day: climb toward Lava Tower for lunch, then descend to Barranco Camp.
Scramble Barranco Wall, continue via Karanga, then reach Barafu Camp. Early rest for summit night.
Midnight push to Uhuru Peak for sunrise, short rest at Barafu, then descend to Mweka Camp.
Descend through rainforest to Mweka Gate, collect your certificate, transfer to Moshi.
